DO WE SELL GENUINE MERCHANDISE?
100% yes - we purchase from Fanatics and other suppliers in the USA.
DO WE OFFER FREE POSTAGE IN THE UK?
If you spend over £150 or purchase two items then postage is free.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ITEM/S OVERSEAS?
We can ship to most countries in Europe - we use Royal Mail International Track and Signed For so you will know exactly where you parcel is once it leaves the UK.
CAN USA/CANADA CUSTOMERS BUY FROM US?
UK Badge items are potentially items that are no longer available in the USA so it can be a nice surprise. These items can be shipped back to USA/Canada.
If your based in the USA please purchase from Fanatics directly for all our other merchandise.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most debit and credit cards as well as Paypal.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your order can only be tracked once it reaches the UK.
Once your order is shipped , you will be sent an email confirmation which will include a unique tracking number. We have a backend app that will keep you updated on the status if using the Special Delivery service. For items under £50 we are using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded which will only be updated once its signed for.
CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER THAT I ALREADY PLACED?
We place all US based orders on Sunday's at 11pm so you can make changes up until this time.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN AND/OR DAMAGED? WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Items damaged during shipping or incorrect items received are eligible for returns and/or exchanges and must be reported within 10 days of receipt. If you need to submit a request email us at ukassni@yahoo.com or use the chat option on the website.
HOW DO I RETURN /EXCHANGE ANY OTHER ITEM/S?
For all other returns, they must be in their original containers with original packaging and must be in new condition. Laundered or used items may NOT be returned. You may submit your requests within 30 days upon receipt. To read our entire return policy:
